In building C or D you can use public laundry and dryer. Our company provides also special laundry, Ironing and Individual apartment cleaning services.

MULTIPURPOSE PLAY AREA
The playground can be used for various sports activities. You can play football, table tennis, basketball, exercise or just easily relax on special deckchairs. You can meet friends there around barbecue place
which can be provided by the areal management company.

TRANSPORT
Town centre is reachable by tram no.4., which is located 20 meter from the project and will take to
Plzen centre less then 10 minutes.

CLUB
Relaxation and Zone Club is available for relaxing, studying or meet new friends. The Clubs are
connected with laundry room. The clubs are equipped with kitchen appliances, TV, sofas, big table,wifi etc.

Yoga and other lessons for the body and sole will be available in the Yoga Room from beginning of Oct. 2020
